Mulitple Positions and Shifts.

An integral and vital part of our dealership obtaining complete customer satisfaction is the timely sale of heavy duty commercial truck parts to our customers. The Parts Person is responsible for the sale of all makes heavy duty commercial truck parts and accessories to existing and prospective customers and is responsible for the following:

Following all policies and procedures as outlined by management

Answering and making sales calls as needed.

Evaluate and recommend parts required based on customer information.

Look up and locate parts in inventory or order parts from suppliers as per policies.

Generating quotes and completing orders as per customer requests.

Negotiating key sales issues and handling objections as required.

Assisting customers post sale with any warranty and/or service needs.

Maintains a professional appearance and a safe, clean work environment.

Explain warranty coverage to customers (as applicable).

Assist with inter-branch transfers.

Assists other staff in the department as needed.

Requirements

Previous experience in the Medium / Heavy Duty truck, automotive industry.

High degree of product and technical knowledge.

Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer.

Must be self starter and motivated to sell.

Must possess good written and verbal communication skills.

Must be able to handle competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Must conduct his / her self in a professional manner.

Must have superior problem solving skills to achieve a win-win solutions.
