Brad Glover, Dealer Principal and CEO, along with his partners, have once again strengthened the Glover business model. Mr. Glover has sold his ownership position in Glover International to his long-time business partners: Shane Bosch, Matt Januska, and Rod Hayes. “Moving a company forward is hard work, but the toughest work is seeing what the future holds.” says Glover. “Our next move when looking into our future as a company was planned many years ago and now being executed as it fits our Glover Vision today.” Brad states. “This planned succession gives our company more opportunities than we could have ever imagined.” says Glover. “My role has changed from a CEO and major shareholder to an investor. The infrastructure required to support client Uptime and Lowest Cost of Ownership of their equipment, is substantial, and our strategy is to never stop investing in that.
