Effective today, December 5, 2025, Glover International Trucks will officially become Bosch Truck Group Inc. We are pleased to announce the acquisition of Dawson Truck Centres in Kamloops, Kelowna, and Vernon, BC, along with Dawson Idealease, their full-service leasing and rental division. These locations will now operate as part of the Bosch Truck Group Inc. family.
With this transition, Glover Idealease and Dawson Idealease will come together under one unified brand: Bosch Idealease, allowing us to provide rental and custom full-service leasing solutions across Western Canada with a stronger, more connected network than ever before.

We’re pleased to announce that Glover International Trucks Ltd. has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire Dawson International Truck Centres and Dawson Idealease, including their Kamloops, Vernon, and Kelowna locations. The planned transition date is December 4, 2025.
This acquisition marks another major step forward in Glover’s continued growth across Western Canada, expanding our ability to provide sales, parts, service, rental, and full-service lease solutions to our valued customers.
